Privately addressing the issue, without people like me eating my popcorn up front, and having clear dialogue helps. ๐
I made an insensitive blurt a few months back to @naeem_jay97 and what he do? He messaged me directly and we resolved the issue. Around the same time I said something to @itskjcarter that was taken out of context. Instead of hanging on to pride, I messaged him and apologized.
I say we deal with these conflicts with a game of Uno or a cook off. I prefer cook off because I wanna be a judge
