I feel like no one talks enough about what the beginning stages of spiraling looks like. For me, it looks like weeks of moodiness, hypersensitivity, misdirected anger, low self-esteem. And it starts off small and it has a snowball effect when you don't pin point it.
It's suffocating. it feels like you are in a tank thats filling up with water gradually and you can't figure your way out.
The funny thing about mental illness is that it seeps into every part of your life somehow like a virus.
