I’m trying not to let Twitter collect dust but this just might be where it’s at 😂

Who here remembers Black people STARTED Social Media with "Black Planet"? All were welcome but if you started drama and you were an "other" people would call you out. That led the way for "MySpace" I direct BITE of BP where "others" would feel more. comfortable. Then came "FaceBook" which was originally for college students. It differed from MS by asking people to use real names so people could track you down. Then came Twitter to put a limit on some of them long ass post. Then instagram cause who reads anymore anyway. I could go on but you get the point. #ORIGINATORS

Right!???????

How many times have we used FB/IG, Twitter, Snapchat, Youtube, CH this week? Some of us are buried in it.

This is the type of energy that is needed for platforms like this. Honestly, if we have more engagement, this platform and others can expand their capabilities and ability to do more work in the Black community that other non-black platforms are not doing.

It takes all of us to do our part.

This is in the works to become a whole complete vibe. ?@aka_natway_instrumentals ×stanleybrown_beatninja

I joined a black owned credit union earlier this year and already on a waiting list to joining a blackowned neobank (Super excited for this as its a much needed and modern alternative to conventional banking). It's been a struggle to find a black owned bank that offers great modern services. I'm trying to see whose really about black empowerment because we can all be on this platform and support our businesses which is fine but there is so much more we can do. I am aware of there being many black owned banks out in the states. So I would like to know who here is banking black?

It's nice to see a lot more active people on here I was never really on twitter but the jokes im starting to see on here are really cracking me up. Anything we get are hands on we can fully make popping and blow. Keep sharing and getting everyone you know on here.

Super excited to see what the #blkem platform has in store! A #blackowned platform centered around the Black experiences is the safe space we very much needed. Looking foward to supportingadministrator!!!!

Once upon a time, we owned farmland and passed that intergenerational wealth to our families. Today, We own less than 1/2 of 1%.

Support black owned homesteaders and farmers. Visit my store and learn more.

This is one of the reason why they told us Africa is dangerous and poor, so we shouldn't visit but rather donate.

So decades after decades, they're going into Africa and depleting their resources, getting wealthy while we continue to believe their lies.

Like every other locations, there are dangerous parts...but where do you really see resources such as these, that the locals have access to.

Africa is rich and every country wants its share, for THEIR benefit.

Longevity is wealth. Africa needs to hold on to its resources and flip the script on these profits.

Has the African Eldorado been ..

Lmaooooooooo!! We straight cracking up over here. You all are creative! Black creativity!

this site being a thing is wonderful and hilarious to me. the creator really woke up one day and said enough ?

Our Blkem users,

We provided this platform so that we can socialize without all the racial trauma as well as walking the walk and not just talking the talk.

Continue to get the word out there about Blkem and what we stand for. The more users uttilize the platform the more we can expand and conduct more work online and on the ground.

We are collaborating with a few organizations and platforms to bring physical and digital tangibles for our community. Things are happening behind the scenes.

We are all we got!
