Many people who came to Blkem had short term excitement, especially something that was meant for them. It's sad fr because the knowledge of worth doesn't have a stronghold at all...when we're influence by other things.

It have been a rough few weeks, maybe a month with optimizing the platform as we were experiencing increased growth which slowed down the site immensely.

We are also working to improve the mobile application as there were some major issues.

It's not an easy road when there's little support, usage and resources to push these platforms out there but we are committed and would hope that our users are committed as well.

This journey is not a short one but with the necessary support, we will get there faster.

For anyone interested, that article is written by the creator of Ethereum. In short, with quadratic funding, the total amount raised T =(?(a) + ?(b) + ?(c) + ?(d))^2 ; where a-d = all individual contributions in a campaign. So instead of (4+4+4+4 =16) when 4 ppl give $4 each, you get (2+2+2+2)^2) , or 8^2=64. I think. Someone correct me if I got this wrong.

Generational wealth requires us to have a code of conduct first. Just as how the Asians are collectively building theirs. There's a code in their community of ownership and keeping capital circulating within. Not selling for a quick buck. That's why there's blocks of these asian/china towns. We cannot go in there and set up shop. We wouldn't even make a discussion. That code must be met with consequences.

Our First Blkem promo after we launched in May 2020. Even though we were new amongst the giants, we had an influx of over 2500 users that month and another, the month after. The numbers are bigger now but there's still more work to be done..to make Blkem a household name! There's still people to wake up!

We love how we are inspiring Black people to "Be the change". If they do not want to change, WE have to change!

We have to stop assisting them in repeating the cycle of oppression. We break that cycle, through group economics and ownership.
