I did this Health challenge where you have to stick to a diet / workout / reading routine for 75 days and it will be ending next Friday.. it will be pretty un-climactic and i kind of like that.. created a new lifestyle for myself of some sorts 🤩

The irony in all the people who are speaking up with unfavorable things to say about Angel Reese is that.. the same black woman you don’t like is giving you your shine.. 🤷🏾‍♂️

When the goal is to stay consistent rather than get results.. the results you do get are much better than expected.. 🤩
