i have a washer and dryer at my house, but i still find myself at the laundromat often cause i like washing ALL MY LOADS at once as opposed to one load at a time. i don’t like wash day to be an all day task.
i always drink two bottles of water before i sit down to eat my food, i eat wayyyyyy less cause i’m full from the water. i’ve lost so much weight. i’d rather drink too much water than eat too much food.
