Now that the word "Queen" has been co-opted and popularized amongst all...Has the word lost its value in the Black community? ?

Do Black people actually value it when they say it? ?

I think for the most part people use the word "queen" towards women they respect. ive never heard someone use that word at someone who had no respect for themselves. & even if you did, i wouldnt see it as a bad thing because the more your hear something the more you believe it, then act on it. so even heauxs can get called queens lol. but i know some women dont even like being called queen

Informative reponse to the question. Definitely get what you're saying. Do you think that if we are to call ourselves kings and queens, then we need to show this in the foundational aspect? Such as building, creating families, owning more etc..

if we’re on code WE SHOULD KNOW BETTER!!!! I called every black wombman & man QWEEN & KING GOD & GODDESSES ...

Yes..if we are on code, then the word is powerful. If we are not, then we are not doing the things that are required of a Queen and a King.

Like most FADS sone just say it because it's trending but very few recognize the significance in which it shoukd be used. I am prayerful that it replaces BITCH ...A word the community i took way to far and had young girls referring to themselves by a derogatory word i which they never realized hiw much it devalued them

Good point. It is definitely better than the derogatory word. The "Queen" significance should be valued as well as the "King" and when it does, things will change.
