Been MIA for the month, but here's wwhat I've been working on
This is a strength training program. The weight on the bar MATTERS, but only for you. You don't need to try to break any world records, and focus on having proper form and moving your body well.
Each session, you should record the weight used and add 5+ pounds depending on how you're feeling. Be sure to be mobile by standing and walking more and stay mindful of your stress and energy levels.
