turkey bacon, egg whites, fresh fruit and lemon ginger tea for breakfast... followed by journaling, stretching and meditation. ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ

Yes. Lots of meditation, positive thinking, vision boards/journaling and I do candle work depending on what Iโ€™m trying manifest

meditation is just taking a few minutes out of your day and being still, focused on nothing but your deep breaths and trying to quiet the mind
