You make a vaild point but if you look at words of affirmation such as Black Power, Black is Beautiful, I'm Black and i'm Proud etc..it's necessary. White cluture and white owned businesses don't need to utilize these things because it's already inferred in a european dominant society.

As black individuals, we need to push our enery to the Black direction, regardless of what name we choose for our business.

B/c I wouldn't have even been upset if I hadn't got verified, if anything I would have been more hopeful that this platform was going to do amazing things for the black community. Simply b/c not all skin folk is kin folk and people are so white washed these days especially if you're mixed and didn't have somebody to teach you to be proud of your black heritage and culture. I've talked to young Black men who proudly state that they've NEVER been involved with a Black woman ... PROUDLY!!!

As black women, we always thought our men were less interested in white women than we are in white men.

The#SHAME is that ... all this time ... the white man has known our men better than we ever did.

Another Black Queen who NEEDS NO INTRODUCTION is Queen Latifah!!! She is ANOTHER black woman of color that I have MADD respect and LOVE for!!! I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED her since the day she came on the HOLLYWOOD scene as a rapper and has "blown up" and has blown us ALL AWAY with her TALENT in the ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY!!!
