We have to encourage them by presenting opportunities for them. If we donβt have the means to create opportunities, then we fall back on motivational speeches that does not live up to its potential.
If we are giving these speeches, then we need to simultaneously provide opportunities. Provide opportunities that does not discriminate against our youths, rewards them for integrating into critical areas of necessity, and teaches them the need for these areas to be occupied by them.
Any #BlkemGradSchool students here? We need a Black support group! Higher academia will gag you if you arenβt careful!
It's been approximately one (1) month since we posted but it does not mean we are silent. It means that we have been doing more work, and less talk. Working in silence!
I know many of you would love to be updated on the next phase of our community solution, so we owe you all just that. Since this project is "essential", we will not be able to display exact details yet, but i'm sure we can answer the questions you may have, pertaining to it.

As you all may have already known, Jackson, Mississippi is currently facing a water crisis, whether it's deliberate or unintentional. The majority of the folks down there look like us...they are us.
Time after time, our community is faced with these challenges and in this day and age, we should be able to assist.
