You first wash and boil a half cup of lentil peas, then you cut up some sweet potatoes the one that is orange like pumpkin , then you cut up some potatoes let semi cook while adding some curry for color flavor, add some chopped onion. SQUEEZE TWO FRESH LEMON OVER FISH USE A SMALL STRAINER TO KEEP SEED OUT, SIMMER FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES LOW FIRE
