Hello, today was nice and warm in brooklyn and I was able to water some fresh planted grass on the side walk
This evening , I am making a nice spot of vegetable soup. I got some fresh herbs from the garden, parsley, combine with ginger, garlic , scallion and the broad leaf thyme all finely minced, this was used to season some chicken that was cut up small and soaked in Lemon juice after it was wash and drained. Chicken was cooked for about 25 minutes before adding your favorite vegetables with cut up onion salt and black pepper to taste Simmer on Low with some thin Slices of golden ray butter
